Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of raggate — the access-regression gate for enterprise AI retrieval — including the command-line tool, the web portal, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
raggate tests whether a retrieval system can return content an identity is not
authorized to see, and — on the paid tier — helps remediate what it finds. Detection
(raggate scan, raggate run) is free within the monthly free
allowance and, on the default local pipeline, runs offline. Paid actions are metered in
credits: applying a remediation, and scanning beyond the free record cap.
2. Accounts
Accounts and organizations are managed through our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and license token secure.
3. Credits & payment
Paid features are purchased as prepaid credit packs. One credit equals one applied remediation; scanning beyond the monthly free record cap is also metered, at one credit per additional 50,000 records, from the same wallet. Credits are valid for twelve months from purchase. Prices are shown at checkout; payments are processed by Stripe. Because credits are consumed on use, purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law — contact us if something went wrong and we will make it right.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service only against systems you are authorized to test. Do not use it to probe, access, or exfiltrate data you are not entitled to, to attack third parties, or in violation of any law. You may not resell or redistribute the paid binaries or your license token.
5. No warranty
raggate is a testing and evidence aid, not a guarantee of security or compliance. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. A passing gate is evidence about the inputs you gave it, not a certification of your system.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, raggate and its authors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes & termination
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
